1. application for the admission to trading on WSE main market:
   
   a) 1,470,576,500 ordinary series A bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each, with ISIN code PLPGER000010 assigned by the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (National Depository for Securities, “KDPW”);
   
   b) 259,513,500 ordinary series B bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each (“Offer Shares”), with ISIN code PLPGER000010 assigned by KDPW;
   
   c) 259,513,500 rights to Offer Shares,  with ISIN code PLPGER000028 assigned by KDPW.
   
2. application for listing of 259,513,500 rights to Offer Shares, with ISIN code PLPGER000028 assigned by KDPW, on WSE main market on November 6, 2009.
