Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs that on November 3, 2009, Operational Section of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository for Securities, “KDPW”) announced that pursuant to resolution of Management Board of KDPW no 395/09 dated November 12, 2009, the registration of 259,513,500 (say: two hundred fifty nine million five hundred thirteen thousand five hundred) rights to series B shares of the Company, with ISIN code PLPGER000028 assigned by KDPW, will take place on November 4, 2009.
