Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs that pursuant to resolution No. 628/2009 by Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”), the Management Board of WSE admitted to trading on the main market:

a) 259,513,500 ordinary series B bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each ("Offer Shares"), provided that the increase of the share capital, as a result of issue of Offer Shares, is registered;

b) 1,470,576,500 ordinary series A bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each, provided that the increase of the share capital, as a result of issue of Offer Shares, is registered;

c) 259,513,500 rights to Offer Shares.

Legal ground: § 34 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
