The share capital of the Company, after the issue of series C and D shares, amounts to PLN 18,697,837,270. The increase of the share capital, connected with the issue of series C and D shares, was registered on August 31, 2010.

The number of shares of all issues currently amounts to 1,869,783,727 and the structure of the Company's share capital is as follows:

- 1,470,576,500 ordinary series A bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each;

- 259,513,500 ordinary series B bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each;

- 73.241.482 ordinary series C bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each;

- 66,452,245 ordinary series D bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each.
