The share capital of the Company, after the issue of series B shares, amounts to PLN 17,300,900,000 PLN. The increase of the share capital was registered on November 30, 2009.

The number of shares of all issues currently amounts to 1,730,090,000 and the structure of the Company's share capital is as follows:
- 1,470,576,500 ordinary series A bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each;
- 259,513,500 ordinary series B bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each.
