Mr. Marcin Zieliński

Aged 39. Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. From 1998 to 2000 Mr Marcin Zielinski attended the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw. In 2002 he graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 2003 to 2004 he participated in legislation training.

Professional experience in management: since February 2008, Mr Marcin Zielinski has been the Director of the Ownership Supervision and Privatization III and currently the Director of Privatisation Department in the Ministry of State Treasury.

Member of the Supervisory Boards: from March 2008 until July 2008 Mr Marcin Zielinski was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Stocznia Gdynia S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia; from November 2008 to February 2009 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Elektrownia Wodna Zarnowiec S.A. with its registered office in Gniewin; since May 2009 until Ferbruary 2010, he has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PHZ Baltona S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.

Mr. Marcin Zieliński’s main place of work is the Ministry of the Treasury (ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6, 00-522 Warsaw).

Mr. Maciej Bałtowski

Aged 58. Full professor at the Economics Faculty at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Author of numerous studies on issues related to transformation of the Polish economy and privatization, operation of privatized enterprises and owner supervision exercised by the State. Co-author of several projects related to the amendment to the Privatization Act.

Professional experience in management: 1994 – 2003 Head of Enterprise Organization Department at the Lublin University of Technology; currently, Mr Maciej Baltowski is the Head of the Faculty of Economics of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Member of the Supervisory Boards: 1998 – 2000 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wschodni Bank Cukrownictwa S.A. with its registered office in Lublin; 2001 – 2002 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lubelskie Fabryki Wag FAWAG S.A. with its registered office in Lublin; from August 2007 to July 2008 Mr Maciej Baltowski was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin. In the years 1999 – 2007 he was a shareholder in Centrum Kształcenia Menedżerów Przemysłowych sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin.

Mr. Jacek Barylski

Aged 43. Legal Advisor. Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Łódź. In 2001 he graduated from the postgraduate studies in finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Professional experience in management: since 1998 Mr Jacek Barylski has held the position of the Head of Guarantee Department in the Ministry of Finance; he also acts as Head of the Steering Committee of the Governmental Enterprise Support Program using sureties and guarantees in Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

Member of Supervisory Boards: from April 2002 to March 2003 member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Monopol Loteryjny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw; from November 2002 to March 2003 member of the Supervisory Board of PKP Cargo S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw; from July 2003 to May 2008 member of the Supervisory Board of Warszawski Rolno-Spożywczy Rynek Hurtowy S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw; from 2003 member of the Supervisory Board of PKP S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.

Ms. Małgorzata Dec

Aged 31. PhD in economics. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2006, Ms Malgorzata Dec completed doctoral studies at the Management and Finance College of the WSE. She is an author of a number of research projects regarding finance, banking and social insurance. Furthermore, she participated in numerous training sessions, including: valuation of companies, negotiation, quality management, project management, business processes and team management.

Professional experience in management: 2003 – 2009 a number of expert and management positions at Social Security Administration (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych); since 2010 the President of the Management Board of RUCH S.A., since June 2009 employed in the Ministry of State Treasury; currently holds the position of the Director of Analyses Department.

Member of the Supervisory Boards: in 2009 member of Supervisory Board of Warszawski Rolno-Spożywczy Rynek Hurtowy S.A. with its registered office in Bronisze, 2009 - 2010 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nafta Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw; since 2010 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of RUCH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw; since October 2010 member        of the Supervisory Board of Nordis Chłodnie Polskie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wałbrzych.

Mr. Czesław Grzesiak

Aged 57. Mr Grzesiak graduated from the University of Poznań Faculty of Law and Administration, majoring in law. He completed a programme for administrative receivers. He is a member of the “Lewiatan” Private Employers' Confederation and a member of the Polish Organization of Commerce and Distribution.

Professional managerial experience:
from 1995  member of the Management Board, and from 2004 Vice President of the Management Board of TESCO /Polska/ Sp. z o.o.
Mr Grzesiak worked as President of 40 companies belonging to the TESCO Group.
1992 – 1995 President of the Management Board of SAVIA S.A.
1989 – 1992 Agricop – Centrum Sp. z o.o.
Mr Grzesiak has acquired experience as administrative receiver.
In the years 1991 – 1993 he worked as administrative receiver for the state-owned enterprises Iglotech in Świdnica and the Glass Works in Pieńsk.

Mr Grzesiak was member of the supervisory boards for the following companies: PHU Podzamcze S.A., Minor S.A., Madex S.A..

Mr Grzesiak's principle place of employment is TESCO /Polska/ Sp. z o.o. in Kraków.

Mr Grzesiak is also President of the Management Board for the following companies: SAVIA – Karpaty Sp. z o.o., Genesis Sp. z o.o., Promesa Sp. z o.o. and member of the Management Board at Jasper Sp. z o.o.

Mr. Grzegorz Krystek

Aged 42. Mr Krystek graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in power plant operation. In 2005 he completed a postgraduate MBA programme conducted at the Warsaw University of Technology jointly by the London Business School, HEC School of Management in Paris and the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen. He is a co-author of the National Emission Reduction Plan and an expert in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER).

Professional managerial experience: 2004 - 2011 Vice President of Hasbrouck Sp. z o.o., 2005 – 2006 Commercial Director at Vertis Environmental Finance Poland Sp. z o.o., 2001 – 2003 Director for Power Generation, Director for Strategy and Development at Elektrim S.A.

Mr Grzegorz Krystek has considerable experience in the modernization of the power engineering industry and consultancy services provided to public administration entities, power sector companies and regulatory bodies with respect to privatisation and restructuring projects in the power engineering sector.

Ms. Katarzyna Prus

Aged 43. Legal Advisor. Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. Additionally, Ms. Prus completed European Integration Studies in National School of Public Administration in Warsaw.

Professional experience in management: since 1996 Ms. Katarzyna Prus has worked in the Ministry of the State Treasury, she is currently the Head of the Legal and Litigation Department; from 1997 to 2001 she lectured on commercial companies and civil law; and since 2001 Ms. Katarzyna Prus has been appointed to the examination board which examines candidates for membership of supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury participation.

Member of the Supervisory Boards: 2001 – 2004 held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zespół Elektrociepłowni Poznańskich S.A. with its registered office in Poznan; 2001 – 2006 held the position of Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Uzdrowisko “Lądek-Długopole” S.A. with its registered office in Ladek-Zdroj; 2004 – 2005 member of the Supervisory Board of Południowy Koncern Energetyczny S.A. with its registered office in Katowice; from November 2005 to August 2008 Vice-Chairman and subsequently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Spedycji Międzynarodowej C. Mr. Zbigniew Szmuniewski

Aged 62. Graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Mr. Zbigniew Szmuniewski holds the diploma of the International Trade School and the diploma of Stockbroker in Ukraine.

Professional experience in management: for 13 years the Director in the Voivodship Office; for 2 years the President of the Management Board of BDK Ukraina Ltd. in Ukraine and the main specialist in PKO S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw; twice Commercial Attache of the Embassy of Poland in Kiev in the years 1995 – 1998 and 2004 – 2007.

Member of the Supervisory Boards: 2003 – 2004 President of the Supervisory Board of UNIMOR S.A. with its registered office in Gdansk.


Krzysztof Żuk

Aged 54., holds a doctoral degree in economic sciences from the Faculty of Economics at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska Univiersity in Lublin. An author and co-author of over 70 scientific publications, including 8 monographs.

Professional experience in the field of management: since December 2010 Mayor of the City of Lublin, 2007 – 2009 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of the State Treasury, 2006 – 2007   Vice Mayor of the City of Lublin, 1996 – 2006 Director of the Regional Office of the Ministry of the State Treasury in Lublin, 1992 – 1996 Director of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Privatization in  Lublin.

Membership in supervisory boards: served as a supervisory board member in companies with state-owned shareholdings. Currently, apart from membership in the Supervisory Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., Mr Krzysztof Żuk is a member of the Supervisory Board of Polskie LNG S.A.

Mr Krzysztofa Żuk's chief place of employment is the Lublin City Office (Pl. Króla Władysława Łokietka 1, 20-109 Lublin).
