The singing of the document crowned an important stage in the dialogue conducted with the Social Partners in connection with the implementation of the PGE Capital Group Consolidation Programme.
The signed agreement guarantees the employees of the power plants, cogeneration plants and heat generation plants belonging to the PGE Capital Group the preservation of their labour entitlements and benefits effective under the earlier agreements and arrangements on condition that they cannot accrue to new employees and their scope remains unchanged.
It is the last of such guarantee agreements signed within the framework of the social dialogue concerning the PGE Consolidation Programme. Similar guarantee agreements have been signed earlier with the trade unions representing the employees of the lignite mines as well as the distribution and retail sales companies belonging to the PGE Capital Group.
The signed agreement is a success of both parties involved in the social dialogue. The negotiations of the final versions of the agreements have been a long and complex process; however, thanks to the constructive talks, we have managed to accept the employees' full acceptance for the PGE Consolidation Programme, said Tomasz Zadroga, Management Board President of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna.
