Warsaw, 15 May 2012 – Net profit grew by 27% y-o-y to reach the level of PLN 1.53bn.

Warsaw, 14 May 2012 - The District Court in Warsaw – the Court for Competition and Consumer Protection has given a decree today, in which it dismissed the appeal made by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. against the decision of the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection of 13 January 2011 preventing the concentration consisting in taking by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. control over Energa S.A., stating that there is no ground to accept the appeal.

Warsaw, 16 March 2012  – The District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, the 20th Economic Division of the National Court Register, has entered the merger of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. with PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. in the National Court Register.

Warsaw, 14 March 2012 – For the PGE Capital Group, 2011 was a record-breaking year with respect to sales revenues and other financial parameters, including net profit, which reached the level of PLN4.9bn, or 65% more than in 2010.

Warsaw, 1 March 2012  – Today the Supervisory Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. has adopted a resolution concerning the appointment of Mr Krzysztof Kilian as President of the Management Board as of 5 March 2012 and a resolution concerning the appointment of Ms Bogusława Matuszewska as Vice President of the Management Board as of 5 March 2012.

Warsaw, 15 February 2012  – Today the Management Board of PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. and the consortium of Rafako S.A., Polimex-Mostostal S.A. and Mostostal Warszawa S.A. have signed an agreement for the construction of two power generation units with a combined capacity of 1800 MW
