PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna will sell on commodity exchanges nearly 100 percent of its generated power, allowed for trade in the mode specified by the Energy Law. PGE intends to build a transparent and competitive energy market in Poland.

On 16 July 2010 PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA Management Board representatives entered into an agreement with the trade unions active in the power plants, cogeneration plants and PEC of the Conventional Power Generation business area.

On 22 and 23 June 2010 the second edition of the U.S.-Poland Energy Roundtable was held in Washington, D.C. More than 100 representatives of Polish and American businesses, U.S. and Polish administration as well as research and development institutions participated in the conference.
