PGE is Titular Sponsor of Gdańsk Stadium
The Supervisory Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. has approved an agreement to be concluded with Biuro Inwestycji Euro Gdańsk 2012 Sp. z o.o. providing for PGE's acquiring the status of  Titular Sponsor of the football stadium in Gdańsk. According to the conditions of the offer, by the end of 2014 the stadium's official name will be The PGE Arena Gdańsk. PGE and Biuro Inwestycji Euro Gdańsk 2012 will start to negotiate the detailed conditions of the agreement.

PGE Group Companies Adopt Merger Plans
From 25 to 27 January 2010 the companies belonging to the PGE Capital Group approved merger plans prepared within the scope of the Group's Consolidation Programme. The development and approval of the plans by the management boards of all companies constitute the beginning of formal and legal actions aimed at the integration and establishment of four companies consolidated in the most important operating areas.

Information on accident in the Dolna Odra Power Plant
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs that on January 24th 2010, due to accident in Dolna Odra Power Plant (of PGE Zespol Elektrowni Dolna Odra S.A.) part of a plant’s coal supply system has been damaged, most probably as a result of coal dust explosion.
