In the first half of 2010, excluding PPA compensations, revenues rise by 2 per cent, EBITDA by 1.1
In the first half of 2010, the PGE Capital Group - the leader of Poland's power generation sector - generated a net consolidated profit of PLN 1.84bn. The Group's consolidated revenues reached the level of PLN 10.11bn. The Group accelerated the pace of its investment processes – after the first two quarters of 2010 the total amount of capital expenditures equalled PLN 1.86bn, i.e. 12 per cent more than in the same period of 2009.

The Financial Supervisory Authority Accepts PGE's Information Memoranda
On 27 August 2010 the Financial Supervisory Authority issued a decision ascertaining the formal and material equivalence and consistence of information included in the Information Memorandum of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA as well as the Memorandum of PGE Obrót SA and the Memorandum of PGE Elektrownia Bełchatów SA with the information included in the share issue prospectus.

PGE Is Shortlisted for Purchase of 82.9% of Energa Shares
PGE has been shortlisted as one of the two investors applying for the purchase of an 82.9% stake in Energa SA. Thus PGE has been invited to conduct a more thorough examination of the company and to start negotiations with the State Treasury Ministry.
