Warsaw, 14 May 2012 - The District Court in Warsaw – the Court for Competition and Consumer Protection has given a decree today, in which it dismissed the appeal made by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. against the decision of the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection of 13 January 2011 preventing the concentration consisting in taking by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. control over Energa S.A., stating that there is no ground to accept the appeal.

Warsaw, 16 March 2012  – The District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, the 20th Economic Division of the National Court Register, has entered the merger of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. with PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. in the National Court Register.
